Richie
Richie is a dedicated Pharmacist at Baya West, proudly serving the community since 2001. He earned his Doctorate of Pharmacy from Florida A&M University, where he developed a strong foundation in patient care and pharmaceutical sciences. With over two decades of experience, Richie is known for his commitment to accuracy, compassion, and personalized service. His long-standing presence at Baya reflects his passion for helping others live healthier lives.
Lindsey
Lindsey is a licensed health insurance agent at Baya, where she helps individuals find the coverage that best fits their needs. She earned her Master’s in Healthcare Administration in 2021, bringing a strong understanding of the healthcare system to her role. Since joining Baya, Lindsey has been committed to making health insurance more accessible and easier to understand. Her goal is to ensure every client feels confident and supported in their coverage decisions.
Madden
Madden is Baya’s Long Term Care Pharmacist, dedicated to supporting the unique medication needs of long-term care patients. Originally from Mississippi, she earned her Doctorate of Pharmacy from the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss). She began her journey with Baya as a resident in 2023 and quickly transitioned into her current role, where she combines clinical expertise with compassionate care. Madden is committed to ensuring consistent, high-quality pharmacy services for long-term care facilities and their residents.
Shivani
Shivani is the Director of Clinical Services at Baya, where she leads with a focus on patient-centered care and clinical excellence. She earned her Doctorate of Pharmacy from the University of Florida and joined the Baya team in 2020. Shivani brings a strong clinical background and a passion for advancing healthcare services within the community. Her leadership helps ensure that Baya delivers high-quality, personalized care across all its clinical programs.
Tysha
Tysha is the Director of Baya Medical and has been a vital part of the team since 2013. She earned her Associate of Science degree in Business Administration from Florida Gateway College and brings both leadership and expertise to her role. Tysha is highly knowledgeable in Durable Medical Equipment (DME) and is passionate about helping the community access the products they need for better health and mobility. Her dedication ensures that every patient receives reliable support and compassionate service.
Laura
Laura has been the Administrator at Baya Urgent Care since 2018, bringing strong leadership and a deep commitment to patient care. She earned her Registered Nurse credentials from Florida Gateway College and has continued to grow her clinical and administrative expertise. Laura is passionate about creating a positive experience for every patient who walks through the door. Her dedication and compassion make her an invaluable part of the Baya team.
